Is my business data safe & private?
All private data uploads remain private and this data is not shared with any other users outside of your 8LEGS account. The data you upload, which is URL’s or emails and zip/post codes is held securely on our servers using the highest level of data protection.
How many websites in your public database do you monitor?
Depending on where you are based you have access to a country specific public database. We continually monitor in excess of 13 million URL’s to locate job related pages containing company job postings. This is in addition to any private data uploads that you add to your account.
Am I tied into any lengthy contract?
All our plans are billed on a recurring monthly payment basis or an annual payment. If you are on a monthly plan you can cancel at any time and will only be charged for the remaining month you cancel within. How many users can access an account?
We allow one user to access an account at one given time, this means if another person tries to access the account at the same time as another user, the first user will be logged out. Only one email address for saved search alerts is allowed for a single user account.
Do you offer a trial?
All our paid monthly plans are on a month by month recurring contract. You can trial our service by selecting a monthly plan and we’re sure you’ll love what 8LEGS offers, but if you decide it is not suited to your requirements, you can cancel at any time and will not be billed for the following months.
